Optimized Charging Technology
The NE287-17A operates according to the IUoU characteristic curve, a proven charging technology that initially charges the battery quickly to the nominal voltage and then switches to maintenance charging to minimize self-discharge. This intelligent charging curve ensures a complete and safe charge without overcharging the battery. Additionally, a temperature sensor can be connected and attached to the battery to adjust the charging voltage based on the current battery temperature, ensuring optimal charging under all conditions.
Use as a Power Supply
When mains voltage (230V) is available, the charger also functions as a power supply, which is particularly useful when no supply battery is installed or connected. In this mode, the NE287-17A provides a constant output voltage of 13.8V and a maximum continuous current of 17A at a power of up to 230W. This ensures a stable power supply for your devices.
